Mindful Yoga For 12 Step People

Use the wisdom, the loving-kindness and compassion that we learn from the practices of mindfulness and Yoga to re-parent yourself, caring for your body and your feelings in ways you may not have experienced as a child.  Learn ways to listen to your thoughts and change them if they are repeating old lies or put-downs.  Also, learn how to do the 11th step: “Sought with prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, as we understand God” in a group of like-minded and supportive 12 Step people.
